EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick – Edmundston Blizzard President André Lebel is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Pagé as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer.
Caroline Pagé has been the Blizzard’s coordinator since the team’s arrival in Edmundston in 2017.
She will be responsible for the smooth running and development of the Club de hockey le Blizzard inc.
“Mrs. Pagé was an easy choice,” said President André Lebel. She has a great deal of success to her credit in the events field, and she already knows the ins and outs of the Blizzard organization and its importance in the community. The members of the organization’s Board of Directors and I are delighted that she has accepted this new challenge. Through her professionalism and sustained commitment, Mrs. Pagé is well known in the region. Her name is already strongly associated with the Blizzard product.
As part of her duties, the Chief Operating Officer will propose the orientations, objectives, programs and budgets required for the organization’s activities. Among her many other duties, she will select, manage, and evaluate the employees under her responsibility, and ensure that the responsibilities set out in the management section of the Organizational Chart and Job Description – Management and Hockey Operations sections are fulfilled. She will also plan resource requirements for local games and ensure their smooth operation. She will also plan travel for away games.
In addition, Caroline Pagé will support and accompany the work of the President, General Manager, Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations.
