EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick – About a hundred golfers gather every two Wednesdays in good humour and camaraderie at the Blizzard Nights at the Club de golf Fraser Edmundston Golf Club.

Members of the organizing committee, Clyde Winchester, Keta Ringuette, Armand Levesque and Raymond Lavoie are pleased with the participation of the public and the good collaboration with the golf club. A special invitation is being extended to future fans of the Edmundston Blizzard junior hockey team, who will join the Maritime Hockey League (MHL) this fall.

The next Blizzard Night will be held on Wednesday, August 2, starting at 6 pm.

Each Blizzard Night consists of a round of nine holes, a snack and some prizes given to participants. The formula used is identical to the Wednesday Night evenings at the Edmundston golf club.

At each Blizzard Night, tickets for local games of the Maritime Junior Hockey League team will be drawn.

Golfers, regardless of skill level, are encouraged to reserve their spot by contacting the Club de golf Fraser Edmundston Golf Club for each of the Blizzard Night until the end of September.
