EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick – The Blizzard continue to fill up on impact players this off-season. General manager Steve MacPherson has reached an agreement with forward Jérémy Ste-Marie, a 20-year-old from Quebec City.
After playing the full season with the Val-d’Or Foreurs in the QMJHL in 2021-2022, Ste-Marie played last year with the Sainte-Foy Dynamiques of the Quebec Collegiate Hockey League (Division 1).
In 61 games with the Foreurs, the 5’10”, 168 lb. left winger posted 10 goals and 6 assists. In 2022-2023 at Sainte-Foy, he collected 12 goals and 8 assists in 23 games.
According to the Blizzard GM, he will be an important addition to the team this fall.
