Nathan Plamondon-Michaud will don the Blizzard uniform

EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick – The Edmundston Blizzard has strengthened its offensive unit by acquiring right winger Nathan Plamondon-Michaud from the Princeville Titan of the Quebec Junior AAA Hockey League (QJAAAHL), in return for future considerations.

Originally from Quebec City, the 19-year-old forward played with the Cégep Beauce-Appalaches Condors of the QJAAAHL last season. In 20 games, the 6’1” forward tallied 5 goals and 5 assists. He also played for the Quebec Remparts of the QMJHL, scoring 2 goals in 18 games.

At the end of last season, his rights were ceded to the Princeville Titan, with whom he never played a game before being traded to the Edmundston Blizzard.

Plamondon-Michaud will report to the Blizzard camp, which will play its next three exhibition games on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
