EDMUNDSTON, N.B. – The Edmundston Blizzard made one final trade before the January 10 deadline, sending goaltender Rylan Benner to the Quesnel River Rush, a British Columbia team in the Kootenay International Junior A Hockey League. In return, the Blizzard received future considerations.
In 10 games this season, the 19-year-old Moncton native posted a 4.63 goals-against average and .844 save percentage.
The Blizzard management thanks Rylan for his service and wishes him success with the River Rush.
