Blizzard rewards its most deserving players

EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick – The Edmundston Blizzard took advantage of a break before the MHL playoffs to hold its awards night on Monday, March 21st at the Jean-Daigle Centre.

Tristan Therrien became the first player in the history of the young franchise to win four honors, namely the top scorer trophy, the Jessome’s La Source du sport / Sports Experts trophy (given to the player who has accumulated the most points during the selection of the players of the month), as well as the prestigious Players’ Choice Most Valuable Player and Team Most Valuable Player awards. The 20-year-old forward from Prévost, Québec., finished the campaign with 20 goals and 29 assists in 34 games.
