EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick – Patrick LeBlanc, who has completed his junior career, will join the University of Prince Edward Island Panthers next season.
The Sainte-Marie-de-Kent native, who turns 21 next Tuesday, joined the Edmundston Blizzard on December 4, 2022 after tallying 21 goals and 38 assists in 165 QMJHL games. With the Blizzard, LeBlanc amassed 44 points in 26 games during the 2022-2023 season. He also made his mark in the playoffs, leading the league in scoring with 21 points (4g, 17a) in 14 games.
During Atlantic University Sport activities, LeBlanc will have the opportunity to face former teammate Alex Arsenault, who recently signed with the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus.
