EDMUNDSTON, New Brunswick – The Edmundston Blizzard’s organization is pleased to announce an exhibition university hockey game at the Jean-Daigle Centre in Edmundston on December 28 at 7 pm between the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus and the University of Windsor Lancers.
Edmundston Blizzard’s season ticket holders will have the priority to purchase tickets for the game on Thursday, December 12 starting at 9 am at the Edmundston Events Office, at the Centre des arts de la Petite Église and at the Sports Pavilion until Wednesday, December 18 at 4 pm and during the day the Blizzard plays on Saturday December 14 (1 pm to 9 pm) at the Jean-Daigle Centre’s ticket booth.
The general public will then be able to purchase tickets for this game on Thursday, December 19 at 9 am. Tickets will be available for purchase online (Blizzard website) or in person at the Edmundston Events points of service according to regular business hours.
Ticket prices are the same for both categories of buyers (Blizzard season ticket holders and general public): $13 (adult), $11 (60+), $9 (student) and $5 (6 to 8). Admission is free for kids 5 and under accompanied by an adult.
The Aigles Bleus shares third place in the Atlantic University Sport standings with a record of 8 wins, 6 losses and 4 overtime defeats. Windsor has a record of 12 wins, 4 losses and 1 overtime defeat for second place in the Ontario University Athletics OUAA) West.
Fans will have the opportunity to see three former Blizzards: Gabriel Vanier, Alexandre Bernier and Alexandre Jacob.
